2026 MLCRA ANNUAL MEETING
The MLCRA 2026 Annual Meeting was held via Zoom on Wednesday, May 4, 2026, from 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Welcome
MLCRA President Caroline Jacobs welcomed participants, introduced the keynote speakers, and provided an overview of the meeting agenda and objectives.
Keynote Presentation
The highlight of the meeting was an informative and engaging presentation by Judith Foster and Keith Collins, residents of The Commons in Lincoln. Both speakers have distinguished careers in health care, with a particular focus on issues affecting older adults.
Their presentation, “Seniors in the AI Era: Benefits to Health Care, Independence, and Well-Being,” explored the growing role of Artificial Intelligence in the lives of older adults. The speakers discussed current applications of AI, emerging technologies, and the potential future impact of AI on health care, independence, safety, and quality of life for seniors.
